Elissa has over 20 years of experience of designing and delivering business transformation programmes that have driven improved business and people performance for clients in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, the US, and the UK.
She has a reputation for building strong senior client relationships and delivering creative business solutions. She works comfortably at executive level and enables senior leaders to optimise how they work with their people to create high performance.
Elissa has worked most recently as a Partner at Korn Ferry and prior to this in senior consulting roles at PA Consulting and Deloitte Consulting.
In addition to consulting experience, she has held a variety of senior HR roles, including Head of HR, Post Office Limited Operations and HR Director ANZ Banking Group New Zealand. In both roles, she developed and implemented integrated HR strategies focused on driving values-based business performance along with organisation-wide change that resulted in significant uplifts in employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
