Dawn is a strategy, operating model design and programme expert with 18 years of experience primarily within Financial Services and the Public Sector. She is very conscious of the value that Operating model design and Change management should bring to an organisation, and to enable the structures to support the delivery of any change.
Dawn focusses on working with C-Suite to identify and promote opportunities, as well as delivering real change to businesses. She has a strong belief in a Service design lead or Process-driven approach to change, having had the opportunity to implement self-designed & bespoke methodologies to fit various large-scale programmes for multiple clients.
